Once accepted for treatment at MPRI, patients are typically presented with information about the diverse Housing Options available to them in Bloomington. While Jill's House does not claim to be a "one size fits all" for everyone's lifestyle, we find that individuals, couples and families are drawn to this unique residential situation for a variety of reasons. For some, it's the opportunity to comfortably balance personal privacy with social interaction. For others, it's the beautiful, spacious, clean, homey environment in a peaceful wooded setting. Many families are attracted to the child-friendly design and the community of doting adults. Underground parking, key card access, and in-house elevator service are plusses to some, while others appreciate being able to walk to their treatment appointments. And everyone loves the safety, security and close proximity to MPRI.
For information about Jill's House accommodations and availability, interested patients can contact our Executive Director Susan Dabkowski, or Assistant Manager Sara Hudson, via email, telephone or a personal visit. Director Dabkowski strongly encourages an on-site visit to tour and talk before confirming a reservation. Guided tours are offered Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM; no appointment is necessary. But the process can be started online. Simply print and complete the Reservation Request document, then fax, mail or deliver it to Jill's House. Once a potential guest determines their housing preference and availability is confirmed, a $100 damage deposit holds the room reservation. Twenty-five dollars of the deposit is applied to the standard cleaning fee at the end of the stay. Up to $75 is refundable after check-out. Jill's House, Inc. accepts checks, cash, and MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards.
